Our unit of inquiry was looking at diffrences through in the ages.e.g. Gaia discovered that the changes that have happened were qutie amazing, especially when you compare the earliest times to now.

I have looked at lots of different kids in My Place. I was going to choose to be friends with Mike, the car lover, but when he said he liked cats I changed my mind because I don’t like cats!. So I have chosen Mohammad because he loves cricket and he is a leg spin bowler like Shayne Warne. He is a famous Australian cricketer. Cool!

I think it would be interesting to get to know Sarah from 1808 because I’ve also watched her episode and it gives you a better understanding of her personality. I’d like to know how she feels serving someone like Mrs Owen where shes barely allowed to talk! The end of her episode, though, is very heartfelt so Mrs Owen would probably act nicer to Sarah now. At the start she does seem quite ignorant because she steals one of the hair accessories of the Owens. If you see her episode too then you’ll see Mrs Owen’s daughter who is sick and Sarah tries her best to take care of her because the girl doesn’t act very grateful to her and even, kind of, blackmails her!
Is that 40 words? Probably.

the colours of his coat are orange, brown and white he has a pink nose cute huh.
and i guess i like him for cars i like cars but im not a huge fan of them.

I would be friends with Mohammed because he really likes bowling and thats my favourite part of cricket as well. I also chose him because never gave up even when he felt terrible and like he couldn’t get in the squad at all.
If I played with him I would go down to the nets practice our bowling skills together so we will become good enough to get in the cricket squad.

Annette coming in was really exciting. I didn’t know much about her before this experience but I didn’t think she would be so nice and as fun as she was. Secret business was not what I expected but I can’t talk about it because we need to respect the privacy between girls and boys. She was also a brilliant painter even though she didn’t tell us, she showed us. Today a few of the children from the EuroMalay Wesley College in the Kimberleys came and we did the secret mens/womens business with them. It was interesting to hear their views.
